ABOUT ELI

Eli’s love of mountains and beautiful places was fostered growing up in the Rocky Mountain North West. During university, a study-abroad program opened the door to foreign travel, and a new passion was born.

Eli spent the next decade working summers as lead guide for a high-end rafting outfitter in Idaho and winters exploring abroad. In 2011 Eli decided to lay roots in Nepal, rented an apartment and moved in for five months each year.

EK Journeys was born out of Eli’s passion for sharing exquisite destinations with discerning travelers.
